I have deleted then reinstalled the game from my pc 3 times at this point just to try and get rid of this ridiculous error. it then suggested that i simply reinstall the game. it can only launch it's anti cheat system before killing itself again this time telling me that it can't start because api-ms-win-crt-I1-1-0.dll is missing from my computer. after that hardship, i reinstalled the game but now the 3 option main menu doesn't appear. I looked into this problem for a good 3 hours before deleting then reinstalling the program making sure every trace of the games existence on my pc had been erased. 
So i bought this game, downloaded it and right after getting past the 3 option main menu after the program is launched, my game tells me that it ran into a fatal error.
